AD User with Linked Mailbox for Office365

Hi,

Current is creating an AD enabled user object on their user forest. On their Exchange Forest linked for Office365, they will create a disabled user object, and create a linked mailbox, and then assigned to the AD enabled user. The dirsync will then create the mailbox in Office365.

I wonder if ActiveRoles 7.1 can automate this process. Thank you

Is your customer in Hybrid mode?

Regardless, can you please clarify whether they are using AADConnect for dirsync with the Cloud?

Their exchange is hybrid mode, running Exchange 2010 \ Office365. They are using ADFS to sync with the cloud.

Since it is using Web Interface for managing Azure and Office365, I wonder how to use ARS to auto to create the Azure and Office365 using policy or script.
