Slow loading of ARS management shell. Snapin loading is slow too.

I am using ARS 6.9. The last time it was really fast to load the management shell and even using the snapin. Just recently when I load the ARS shell, it takes about a minute for it to load.

    Hi,
    The commandlets are digitally signed. If you dont have internet connectivity - better disable the "Check for publisher's certificate revocation" in Internet Explorer -> Addanced Tab.
    That is at least my dirty workarround.
