ARS 7 WI logout link: Ok, I give - where did you hide it?

I granted access to a previw group of help desk specialists to see/interact with the web interfaces in ARS 7.1.2 ...

Lots of positive impressions from the heaviest users of this web based interface - but the first, and repeated question from the preview group has been - Where's the logout link?  We implemented the ARS 6.9 auto-disconnect feature after running into performance issues earlier this year.  After importing WI config from the 6.9 system - after 15 minutes of inactivity, I still see the '5 minute warning before auto disconnect' ... but it isn't logging the user out.

Instead - they are seeing the following:

    Active Roles 7.1.2 does not have a logout button in the Web Interface.

    This was included in the Active Roles 7.0 codeline with Active Roles 7.0.4. I expect the logout button to be included with the Active Roles 7.2 Web Interface as well.
