we're in the process of setting up an automation framework for which when updating group membership via ARS Web interface operator is required to insert a business justification to the action.
Plan is to configure both a primary and multiple secondary owners so that work can be split among people, my question is if I use the RequireSecondaryOwnerApproval parameter this would mean that before membership is updated for the group either the primary or any of the secondary owners need to approve the request? Or does this means that both Primary and Secondary owner need to update the request before it is processed?
