Upgrading from ARS v6.9 to ARS v7.3.1
Have configured Built-in Policy - Skype for Business - User management
Skype server is found, SIP domain found, Pool found, Telephony options available.
Have edited Access template with permission Skype but when I view a Skype enabled account in the Web UI (using my ARS admin account) I am not seeing any Skype options in the Actions pane.
What am I missing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as banging my head on the table isn't helping.
