Connect Active roles to Service Now

Hello Gurus,

We are planning to integrate Active roles with Service Now. We would really appreciate if someone can share their experience with all the details as what is required on Active roles side and Service now side to establish a bi-directional communication.

We have service now automation setup to make changes using ARS. I'm on the ARS side and not the Service NOW side so i can't speak to specifics just that they use the QAD Powershell modules to make the changes.

I misspoke below - I have some exposure to the configuration that nicole perrine mentions as well. Essentially, there is a ServiceNow "script server" that gets stood up to fire Powershell scripts that can in turn perform actions via Active Roles. This is a different approach to what I describe elsewhere in this thread where a Connector is established in the AR Sync Service.
