Workflow when a Template is assigned

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to create an Active Roles workflow when a Template in Active Roles is modified and assigned to Active Directory.

    Just so we understand the requirement correctly - you want to trigger a Change Workflow when someone links an Active Roles Access Template (AT) to an AD object or Organizational Unit?

    I don't believe this is possible because the linking of an Access Template occurs within the AR Configuration container which is out of scope for being "watched" by Change Workflows.

    One thing that would work for sure is to use a scheduled Powershell script to periodically scan the Active Roles Windows Event log for edsACE object creation entries.  These contain all the details of the linking of an AT to an OU including the GUID of the AT and that of the target OU.  Hope that helps.
