Does this issue relate to Active Roles or Safeguard Privileged Passwords (SPP)? if its the latter you would be better to ask you question in the Safeguard Community Forum
If its does relate to Active Roles could you please explain in more detail how the error occurs (what if triggering the issue), and what you are expecting to happen?
