Backsync is not working after upgrade

Hi community,

i installed the new version of active roles and noticed that the azure back sync is not working anymore because its still referencing on a Sync-Service dll with version 7.4.3

What do i need to do here? Thanks in advance.

  • I have also this problem, although not sure if it refers to a previous dll or not. In my case it simply doesn't allow the connection to Azure. After opening a ticket on the AR support, they first said it might be a software bug but right after they blamed the server, and they want me to install AR in a local server (that we don't have) Anybody else had this issue an knows of any possible solution?

    The sync work is working but just manually, cannot be scheduled
