Access Template Links / Delegated Rights in Powershell

In that powershell session have you run connect-qadservice -proxy -service <ARServerName>  ?

I have used that cmdlet to export AT links 

Yeah, both as a parameter and adjusting line 57 with a fallback : QADService -service 'server' -proxy

Does this show anything for you ?
