Mailbox has not been correctly provisioned

I have an error, that the user mailbox is not correctly provisioned, i delete primary mail address and now when I added it failed?
Somebody any idea to fix?

You are going to have to provide some more details on:

1) The process or processes that are supposed to be doing the mailbox provisioning.
2) Where you are seeing this error

Finished that, the user has an old contact and when, I have added the new smtp it showed error. But fix it.
