Email a Distribution Group when a user is removed from a group

I am trying to Email a Distribution Group when a user is removed from a specific group. I have the workflow created, but it's not triggering...thoughts?

Your filter is blurred out, so I don't see the complete details, but I can see that you are filtering on the "Member Of" of the Workflow target. The Workflow target in this context is the group that users are being removed from, so that doesn't really make sense. Are you trying to trying to send a notification when a specific user is removed from a specific group, or when any user is removed from a specific group?
