undo-deprovison

Question

Hi Team. 
 So i have setup a workflow that requires authorization to undo-deprovison. 
 Operation: Undo deprovison user 
 Operation request from: everyone 
 When i perform the undo-deprovison i am asked the reason why as normal, the request is approved. When i look in the change history i see this message. 
 Activity 'Approval rule' encountered an error. Details <<< Approval rule activity has terminated this workflow instance. Administrative Policy returned an error. Specified method is not supported 
 I am unsure what the issue might be here. 
 Any suggestions?

This does look like Defect ID 102708 which is encountered when the Change Auditor integration policy script is linked and an Approval is required for UndoDeprovisioning. Do you have Change Auditor in your environment? 
 There does not seem to be a workaround from what I can find. This will need to be addressed by a change in product functionality.

Those are the latest and are compatible. I suggest opening a case with Support to ensure that there are eyes on this and that the issue is linked for tracking.
