We want our helpdesk to start creating 365/Azure cloud distribution groups in Active Roles. We are wondering if there is a way to change the default primary smtp address suffix that is initially shown on the create new dg form.
For example, helpdesk creates a new 365/Azure DG in AR and the default domain smtp suffix shown is @subdomain.example.com (one of our subdomains in 365 tenant). The helpdesk has to click the drop down and select @example.com domain.
Is there a way to make it default to @example.com? As much we tell the helpdesk to select @example.com someone will always forget and we have to go back and clean it up.
