Hi Guys.
I am trying to delegate the management of Dynamic Groups to a specific team that uses the MMC.
I have allowed write to the edsaCanBeMadeDynamicGroup and edsaDGConditionsList and this has allowed me to edit existing Dynamic groups and change the membership. What I am unsure of is which attribute is controlling being able to right click a group and convert to Dynamic.
I don't see anything that jumps out at me.
