Account Expires - Select only 3 weeks in to the future

I have managed to set this up via Workflow. Using the updated properties and selecting today's date + 21 days, the account will always have three weeks of access. However, if there is a way to select a date on the new user form that is 3 weeks or less, that would be good to know.

In your workflow, add an If/Else activity step, where you check if the value of account expired is greater and equal to current date plus <x>, if so, upgrade the change request to set the value you want.. 

Don't forget to add a check if they have set it.

Thanks, Stu. I have it set as per your example. On the new user form, I set the expiry date to 3 months in advance, and that's what it sets. Its not setting it back to today's date + 21 days. Stll looking at what might be a miss 

If I add a Stop/Break to both branches, then it stops on the If-Else Branch 2 side. does not matter if the expiry time is tomorrow or 3 months in advance

Sorry, forget accountExpires is an Integer8 attribute, so it might not be converting it to a date time format... try this instead

1) Create powershell script module, as below, where the $MaxDays value is how long in days from the current date is the evaluation date

        {
            $Return = $TRUE
        }
    }
    
    return $Return
}

2) Modify the IF statement of your workflow

If the script returned true (IE the account has an eccountExpires value greater than the eval date), you'll go down the If branch, otherwise the else branch
