Can't access to Glue Web Interface

Hi Team,

I can't access to the Glue Web Interface and I have already raised and complete the ticket for access to the according group on ServiceNow 

Could you please advise which access should I raise in order to access to the page？

Showing blow status when click the Glue Web Interface:

An error occurred during the last operation.

Error: Access is denied.
