Workflow start conditions

Question

Hi Team. 
 I have a change workflow that starts when a VA changes to TRUE. 
 I have set the workflow start conditions to only start if the VA change = TRUE but its also kicking in when changed to FALSE. The reason I know this is because I have an approval step, and it's asking for approval if it is set to TRUE or FALSE. 
 Any suggestions? Usually, setting the start conditions is good and has no issues.

In the very bottom pane, you want to make sure that you are referencing your VA using "From Requested Changes" - that way you are checking based on what is inbound in the Request. In your screen cap, it's not clear whether you are doing this or not. A common mistake is to reference the attribute based on the [existing] value of the property on the target object.
