Inactivity timeout

Hi,

https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/active-roles/8.2/web-interface-user-guide/2#TOPIC-2230526

I'm currently looking at "Active Roles administrators can specify the duration of this inactivity timeout, ensuring that the session is not stopped unexpectedly. The Active Roles Web Interface warns you with a pop-up message if you approach the configured idle timeout limit. The session is then stopped after an additional grace period if you take no action." however I can't find a single entry on any of your sites or documentation explaining HOW or WHERE to set this.

Can you please provide documentation on where to set this because I can't find it.

Thanks.

  • Hello!

I believe, though haven't tested, that it should be as listed in KB article 4335651 (How to configure automatic logout (session timeout) in Active Roles Server Web Interface). This article, however, appears to be marked as "draft", so is inaccessible to the general public. I'll drop an e-mail and see if that is eligible to be opened up.

    Cheers!
