Active Roles Web Portal Password Reset Customization

Hello,

I have a customer that would like to use the Active Roles web portal to reset passwords on user accounts. They would like to customize the the Account Options tab, specifically the edsvaUserMustChangePasswordAtNextLogon to default to selected and disable the ability for any user to deselect this account option. As of yet I have not found a way to provide this requirement. Please advise...
