At Quest Software and One Identity, we believe a company that organizes around equality and inclusion is a stronger, more successful company. In 2020, we established the Quest Equality & Inclusion Council; A global, cross functional group of individuals committed to cultivating an environment that values the diversity of experiences and perspectives, attracts the best talent, and actively invites the contribution and participation of employees of all backgrounds. To date, the Council has championed issues including adopting inclusive language, improving cultural awareness, and establishing several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups aiming to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with the purpose of the Quest Equality & Inclusion Council. The ERGs are led and participated in by employees who share a certain affinity for subjects such as gender, ethnicity, religious affiliation, lifestyle, or other interests and identities.
These groups exist to provide support and help in personal or career development and to create a safe space where employees can bring their whole selves to the table.
The ERGs are open to all Quest employees. Allies are welcome to join the ERG to provide support to their colleagues.
As a private equity portfolio company, Quest and One Identity are owned by Clearlake Capital Group. Clearlake has a Diversity Policy and has set in motion a series of initiatives to ensure they maintain a consistent and continued focus on the important goals of diversity and inclusion across all aspects of the business. As of July 2021, over 75% of the firms’ employees are considered diverse. Clearlake also conducts objective assessments to measure progress on DEI, which includes a review of portfolio company policies around DEI and Parental Leave, and ensuring a Code of Conduct that covers harassment, discrimination and/or workplace violence.
