I have two types of Employee A and B, Notification email has to take different template for A and B when their account gets created.
Could you please advice how to achieve this, am using version 7.

If you are referring to the out-of-the-box notification mail send during the account creation in AD (for example), you just have to modify the parameter mailID in the process step that sends the email. The parameter defines which mail template to use.
The screenshot show the out-of-the-box process for the account creation in AD and the parameter at the step that sends the notification.
If you are on version 7.0, you have to copy the process to modify the parameter. Starting with 7.1 you can modify the parameter directly in the out-of-the-box process.
