Event UNSUBSCRIBEGRANTED not fired on PersonWantsOrg

hi all,

 When an unsubscribe ending on a request it doesn't fire the event UNSUBSCRIBEGRANTED.

Anyone knows why?

The event is listed in the available for the table PersonWantsOrg

    Some more questions:

    • What product version are you using?
    • Does your unsubscribe request has special values set in validuntilunsubscribe?
    • Do you have any generating condition on the process that might prevent the process from being generated?
