Modify custom component code

Am I able to modify custom component’s code? I can see the code in the Web Designer but can’t modify it? How to do it?

    Yes, I know that :) ...

    So you say I can't modify CCC_ITShop_PersonWantsOrg_Information class by hand, like opening a text editor and put some custom variables etc. There mus be a way to do that...
