Can you create and schedule the delivery of a quick CSV or XLSX report using the builtin query form to pull table data?

I'd like to know if this is something that can be done without having to design a complete new report form in report designer.  We'd like to use the query wizard to select a few columns of data from a table and maybe add a few conditions and then schedule it to be emailed .

    You can accomplish that through the "Export Data" feature in Manager: simply select the base table and attributes in the order you'd like them to have, test it in preview and then save the report as a simple list report. This will be available in the report subscriptions and can be published to IT shop for subscription.
