Error While Using Remote Connection

 I'm trying to do a remote connection through the synchronisation editor but it's throwing errors. I've installed and configured the RemoteConnectPlugin on the job server but it still isn't working. The error I'm getting is exactly what is shown in this article: https://support.oneidentity.com/identity-manager-data-governance-edition/kb/206748 Is there something else I can try to get this working beyond installing and configurin the RemoteConnectPlugin?

    A possible reason could be, that a firewall is in place on the machine running the Job Service, default port is 2880.

    Another reason could be, that you haven't specified the DN or SID of the AD Group whose members should be allowed to use the RemoteConnectPlugin.
