Jobs not moving to JobHistory - 6.1.3

Hi Experts,

In my environment the jobs are not moving to the jobhistory table - they just sit in the jobqueue for days in the "HISTORY" state.

no errors in journal, dbqueue is running fine. Any ideas what it could be?
