Using Application Server with a proxy server

Hi,

Most of the admin clients can now pass via the Application Server to connect to OneIM (v8.0).  My question is whether passing via a network proxy server to get to the Application Server might pose a problem for the admin clients or is this transparent to the clients? The architecture at a customer requires passing via a proxy server (not had a chance to try it out).

    Hi Rob,

    the application server does work with network proxies in between. The only thing that you should take care of if you want to set up an application server farm, that all application servers use the same session certificate and that the local balancing proxy would need to use sticky sessions.
