Delegate system role manager of System roles

I have enabled the delegation function on the IT Shop portal. The end-user can see their employees, business roles, base roles etc.
However, system roles are not visible here. I would like the system role managers to be able to delegate their ownership of system roles.

Should they be visible here by default or how do I make them visible and possible to delegate as well?

Management of system roles currently cannot be delegated. You can file an enhancement request to support this feature in a future version.
