we got some PersonWantsOrg aborted with "Change ITShop" as a ReasonHead. I'm trying to figure out the cause. Does anybody know what exaclty this ReasonHead mean?
PS: At first I thought that some modification on the shop/shelf level would probably caused such PWO "deaths", but it seems that nothing has changed there.
