Web portal Self Service password

Hi,

Please help on removing the password question in web portal.

    Hi Vijay,

    This is part of the Password Reset Portal functionality, are you not planning to use the Password Reset Portal?

    To remove this you simply clear the option "Allow users to set a security question" in the Configuration parameter "Password assistance".

    Hi Trevor,
    Am unable to find the "Password assistance" field in config parameter.
    I didn't download the password manager portal, I want to remove this option from IT-Shop.

    Hi Vijay,

    please keep in mind that IT-Shop and Password functionality has nothing in coming and are completely separate. 

    to remove this tile from the Web portal open WebDesigner -> Edit -> configure project -> web project, or use Start page -< Configure -> web project

    In the Screenshot you see the "region" Password assistance with the key "VI_MyData_MyPassword_Visibility"
