We are having a legacy project which uses the Vintela Single Sign-On for Java (VSJ) on Windows Server 2003 with Java 5 and Tomcat 5. Now we are given task to migrate it to cloud which would use Linux RHEL 7, Java 7/8, and Tomcat 7/8.
Questions:
1. I see online that Vintela was acquired by Quest. May I know if the VSJ has been renamed to something else or discontinued by Quest? Reason being I cannot find any official page on it.
2. Is it still recommended to use VSJ? Or is there any other product available from Quest which is similar to or better than VSJ?
3. For the cloud specifications mentioned above, which product would you recommend to use for having SSO in Java application?
