Hi Experts,

Can we give this option in web portal "Click here if you do not have an account" for any particular AD group or dedicated identity.

Hello Vijay,

From an Identity Manager perspective, the user has not been authenticated yet at this point. You may be able to configure IIS so that only members of certain AD groups can access the user registration portal. For an example, see forums.iis.net/.../1226581.aspx

How to set the approval when the user get Registered by sponsor or manager.
