Attestation not working ver 8.0

Hi Experts,

Attestation for Custom target system was working good, suddenly it's stopped working.

When I attest a single object from manager, No DecissionRequired is not  getting triggered and triggers the abort request.

Says no approver found. I have given recipient manager's approval and the manager is already assigned.

Any pointers.

Thanks,

Aad

  • Hi AAD,

Fixing your approval workflow is the way to solve this.

  • Hi Geraldine/Markus/Hanno,

I have added a person in Chief approval team, after the run of single attestation case. This is how it looks still the approvers is not calculated. I tried changing to RM approval still no luck.

Login as Chief approval team member to see the status of attestation request.

    regards,

    Aad

  • Please change your workflow or contact support.
  • Hi Geraldine,

I created completely new Attestation policy, now the job queue is not functioning any action. But I can see the entry in Attestation helper.i believe some cache issue.

I cleared cache and did a full compilation still no luck.

I raised a support ticket on this.

    Regards,
    Aad
  • It has nothing to do with the cache but with your bad decision to choose another decision rule that is not eligible with your attestation. I would go for the decision rule ED as the description states "Department manager for permission attestation" or for EM as the description states "Employee manager for permission attestation".
