In the DialogWatchOperation there is field called OperationLevel, Need to understand what this operation level .. from where the value gets populated ?

    The commentary property of the DialogColumn DialogWatchOperation.OperationLevel states:

    This value specifies how the change took place.
    If the value = 0, the change was carried out directly, for example through user input via the interface, import or synchronization.
    If the value is > 0, the change was carried out though value templates or the customizer.
