7.0.1 What I mean is that, for example for one target system we need custom attribute CCC_Something but for other we don't need it. If we extend UNSAccountB table all objects will have all attributes although we don't need it

All properties of a table (including the custom ones) are available for all objects of that table. So, if you program against these objects you will have access to them.

You can custom group your columns displayed by the generic master data from in the manager. See the following thread Enable or disable columns on MasterData forms and the documentation. Especially the sections Custom Master Data Forms (Explains the grouping and the sort order of columns. You do need to create a custom form!) and Column properties.
