Quota for the system has been exceeded

Hello Experts

I have an issue with new version 8.0.2

We have upgraded our environment from version 7.1 to 8.0.2 and now we have one issue with Exchange. When trying to modify the connection to the target system we have the following error message:

[1777292] Error connecting system (Exchange 2010 Connector)!
[System.Management.Automation.ActionPreferenceStopException] The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: [mail.abc.com] Connecting to remote server mail. abc.com failed with the following error message : The WS-Management service cannot process the request. The load quota for the system has been exceeded. Send future requests at a slower rate or raise the system quota. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

Does anyone had a similar issue?

According to the following technet article it could be an issue with MSExchangePowerShellAppPool. Have you tried to access Exchange Management Shell via the Exchange server to confirm that it is able to connect as well?

Hello

Thank you for your answer. However the issue was something else. The variable "CP_ReconnectIntervallnSeconds" (in Synchronization project for Exchange) was not set. After setting this value, everything works fine.

What value did you enter in this variable to get it to work? I am going to create a knowledge base article in case someone else runs into this issue

I put value 20 and I think it is the default value that should be set, but somehow it was not set just for my case.
