Customize delegation approval of request in IT Shop view

Can you elaborate on where you'd like to do this?

Excluding the employees would be simple enough, it's just a matter of where you want to do this.

I wanna do it in Web Portal (IT Shop), when employee can request new product.

I think it should be configure in Web Designer, but I don't know where to do it for sure.

This is controlled by a configuration parameter in the web project itself:

In Web Designer:

1. Edit | Configure Project -> Web project

2. Expand IT Shop - Approval

3. Modify the where clause for "Assign approver instead of original approver"

4. Save your change and compile.
