How can we add an accepted domain? Is it done in identity manager or in Exchange?
You need to do that in Exchange. But you may want to check the recipient of the frozen process step. It may not contain a valid email address or the mail domain is not the one you expect.
Again, this is an error message from the SMTP server you are talking to. Check the recipient you are trying to send to and if the mail domain looks okay, talk to your email administrator.
