Close ITSHop Transaction, OrderState = Assigned''

Due to data overlap, we have duplicate ITshop approval request in personwantsorg table. When i tried to change status to orderstate='Assigned' it throws error that " QERWorkingMethod and Orderstate combination is invalid". Can anyone suggest how to commit?
