Changing password to One Identity Manager

Hello

I have a question regarding changing password to One Identity Manager.

I am using version 8.0.2 and since several days I am receiving to my e-mail information to change my password. I have changed it twice (Designer --> Change password) but I still receive mails that I need to change it, just like nothing happened.

How can I make it work?

  • I changed the password the following way:

    Desginger--> Database --> Change Password (provide old password and type new password twice)

    To log in I use "Active Directory User Account" authentication method (by the way, my colleague uses "System user" and have the same issue).
