Changing password to One Identity Manager

Hello

I have a question regarding changing password to One Identity Manager.

I am using version 8.0.2 and since several days I am receiving to my e-mail information to change my password. I have changed it twice (Designer --> Change password) but I still receive mails that I need to change it, just like nothing happened.

How can I make it work?

  • They mails you are receiving are for the "Employee based" authenticators, where the password is stored in the employee object.

    If you want to change these, either use an employee based login and then change your password or use the password reset portal to change the employee login or set the "DialgoUserPassword" at your person object.
