Identity Manager overview

Hello colleagues
I am a newcomer to the field of IDM and I'm just beginning to study this area.
Can you advise me on how to start learning: video or technical documentation.
As for the video, I can not find videos with the basic concepts of Identity Manager (could you please send me a link on videos)
