Hello,
We are doing our renewal for QUEST software and would like to know exactly how to properly account for the license counts that we need.
I've heard mention of moving to "user heartbeat" licenses, but what exactly does that mean?
The maintenance quote came back with "Per Enabled User" Does it mean per real person? Or, do I count all of the objects in the user OU? In our OU we have many users with two accounts (Normal and Admin Access) and then we have Service Accounts which no human ever uses and are used for system to system integrations and batch processing.
