Job Service not processing

Hey,

my job sservers are not willing to process any jobs.

Same warning message for each is:

"Warning No private key supplied. Running without encryption support."
"Warning Processing is disabled (single user mode running)."
Context: I am testing disaster recovery, and did a DB restore. That went well without any issues, except the mentioned issue with the job services and DBQueue on hold, which I could resolve with: https://support.oneidentity.com/identity-manager/kb/239099/dbqueue-processor-does-not-process-tasks.
I've also followed the instructions to create a new key and applied it to the Job Service config.
Any further hints?

  • sooo, here's an update.

The cause for the encryption key issue is related to a configuration setting of the affected job service(s). The configuration "JobDestination" -> "jobservicedestination" contains a property "Private Key File", which expects the same key file as the object setting "File with private key". Providing the path and file name to a similar key file did the trick.

The issue "single user mode running" has been resolved with an update of the database, even though because other actions (sql statement to disable single user mode etc.) didn't succeed.
