Users/Group sync into OIM

We have a synchronization process from AD -> OIM on a scheduled basis (once per day).

However there are few users/groups which cannot wait for one day to sync into OIM. Is there any way to configure a process to sync users/groups from AD to OIM immediately as soon as they are created in AD.

Currently we are using version 8.1.2

Data from target systems is pulled in via a synchronization job, these can be scheduled for more than once a day via the synchronization editor but there is no way for us to do what you want as far as I know.

AD HOC processes project changes to the target system it doesn't pull changes in.
