I have an issue with the Oracle EBS creation of the users.
Oracle EBS version: 12.1
Out of the box connector
User: APPS
Synchronization towards OneIM works, modification of existing users works, but when I try to create a new user the following error appears (the same error is in the logs from the provisioning synchronization):
