Missing in the context menu "Assign Account Definition"

Hello experts! 
 In picture 1 (example), there is the item I need. In picture 2 , the required item is not present (my test environment). Need item Assign Account Definition 
 What needs to be done to make it appear for me too?

You need to permit the assignments of these company resources to the role class as described here. https://support.oneidentity.com/de-de/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.1/business-roles-administration-guide/5#TOPIC-1136717 
 To configure secondary assignment to roles of a role class 
 
 Select the role class under Basic configuration data | Role classes . 
 Select the task Configure role assignments . 
 Use the column Allow assignments to specify whether assignment is generally allowed.

NOTE: You can only reset Assignment allowed if there are no assignments of the respective objects to roles of this role class and none can arise through existing dynamic roles.

Use Allow direct assignments to specify whether a direct assignment is allowed.

NOTE: You can only reset Direct assignment allowed if there are no direct assignments of the respective objects to roles of this role class.

Save the changes.

Thank you very much for your help. The problem turned out to be not a standard one. We were helped by colleagues from support, in manual mode. Our mistake will be fixed in the next updates.
