I am trying to connect the SAP CRM system using the SAP router but I get an error while testing.
In the log file, I get errors like the one below.

telnet sapccd-ssl-ontw.xx.xx 3299 --- This works
Ping sapccd-ssl-ontw.xx.xx -- Does not work returns a time out error
Do you know what is missing or is there any other port we need to open?
