How to fix "Installing Agent failed"

What are you using for the agent service? Local system account or a domain account? It sounds as if the account you are using is not set up as a DGE administrator in Manager under the DGE menu.

I'm using a domain account and it have both the DGE Administrator and DGE Access Manager roles.

The errors are: "Could not retrieve the DGE server credentials" and the one mentioned above.

I tryed to do this for my account domain but it still doesn't work. The error is always the same, and the account seems to have all the necessary permissions...

I suggest to open a Service Request with Support so we can review the complete logs.
